CRUCIAL DETAIL \u2013 Push Planters<\/h1>\n\n

Crucial Detail is a company that explores the synergy between food and design, working on the cutting edge of haute cuisine in collaborations with the best chefs in the world.<\/p>\n\n

Structural Design<\/strong>. In our structural design, each piece is designed to perform a very specific function and the overall result creates a packaging system that holds up against impact, moisture and its own weight, thanks to its structure and the choice of materials.The elements on the inside are four corner pieces and a horizontal separator made of corrugated cardboard, plus seven paper cushions that buffer and protect the pieces and keep them from scratching each other.<\/p>\n\n

There are two points we can highlight: firstly, the design of the corner pieces and the horizontal separator, as together they create a structure that can buffer exterior impacts, adapt to the measurements of each product and separate the interior onto two levels (pots on the bottom and dishes on the top).Secondly, we can highlight the detail of the closing tabs, designed so that when it is closed, the ceramic pieces are immobilised by pieces that don\u2019t allow any looseness between the packaging and the pieces. This creates optimum packaging for this fragile product. <\/p>\n\n

For the outer box, we used a standard design with variations to its structure to improve the sticking process and facilitate use and assembly.We avoided the use of plastic and derived materials. All of the solutions produced are paper elements. Sustainable packaging.Throughout the design process, we considered how to make maximum use of the material, thanks to our team\u2019s knowledge of industrial processes.Prior to production, functional prototypes were made that were subjected to real resistance and transport tests to make sure that the protection given by our packaging system was enough for the product. <\/p>\n\n

Production management.<\/strong> We managed the production of the packaging, generating the technical sheets for the project and maintaining direct communication with the factory to collaborate and allow the customer to obtain the result expected for both structural design and graphic design.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
