BUUNCH NYC \u2013 Packaging for sending flowers<\/strong><\/strong><\/h1>\n\n

Buuunch NYC is a company from New York that ships bouquets of flowers and plants by courier and needed packaging that could keep their product secure at all times so that it reaches customers in perfect condition.
The peculiarity of the shipping is that these bouquets of flowers included their corresponding glass vase, their pot with soil, which made it a real challenge. There could be no breakage or spilled soil. <\/p>\n\n

Structural Design<\/strong>. This design has a base, lid and cover.The peculiarity of the base and lid is that they are presented vertically. To be able to transport it once the box is closed and the product is inside, an orifice was designed that adapts to the size of a hand to make the product easier to carry and also to show that it must stay vertical. <\/p>\n\n

We also designed a piece for the interior that keeps the glass vase (or other fragile material) immobilised to avoid breakage, flipping and spilling. The interior piece perfectly fits the base to make sure it doesn’t move during the entire journey, whatever the journey is. Once the lower part was resolved, we could make the box tall. This way, the delicate part of the bouquet of flowers or plant had enough space to keep its structure intact.
The base, the lid and the cover have ventilation orifices so that the product stays fresh and with optimum moisture levels. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
