FRUBALMED – Christmas Train Fruit Punnets<\/h1>\n\n

Frubalmed S.L. is a fruit and veg wholesaler that set up its own brand targeting kids, encouraging them to eat more fruit and featuring reusable packaging designed to be given a second lease of life. For the Christmas season, they needed some unique packaging that would really stand out on the shelves. <\/p>\n\n

Graphic design.<\/strong> Since the project was for their Christmas campaign, we developed a Christmas Train for this special time of year. It comprises a locomotive and three carriages, each featuring characters from The Jungle Team brand. We gave the characters festive accessories that were bound to catch the eye and melt the hearts of kids and grown-ups alike. As we have done with the rest of the brand\u2019s packaging, the whole set is collectible. <\/p>\n\n

Structural Design.<\/strong> On this occasion, we designed the 750g fruit punnets with a hook at the front and a slot at the back so they can all be coupled together to build the full train. Another detail that makes this packaging one-of-a-kind is that the wheels on both the engine and carriages can be folded out to be fully visible. Thanks to picking the right material and grain direction, kids can play with the set like a real train.<\/p>\n\n

Production Management.<\/strong> We took care of creating the technical sheets with all the details for both the structural and graphic design. This meant the supplier at the factory knew exactly what guidelines to follow to get the project moving. In this case, the client already had a supplier, but we stayed in touch with them to clear up any questions and were ready to head down to the factory floor if needed. We checked the first proofs thoroughly to make sure every single parameter was being followed correctly. This was how the process unfolded. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
