ADNTRO GENETICS – Presentation case

ADNTRO Genetics is a company dedicated to preparing genetic reports. They needed a case that allowed shipping of the materials necessary for this analysis.

Structural Design. These small cases needed to meet specific requirements as their contents were fragile and would be sent by courier. The service works by sending all of the materials so that the customer can place a sample in the elements inside and then this tube is sent in an envelope also provided by the company.
Therefore, the packaging is part presentation and part storage.

This is resolved on the inside using a printed bed with the instructions the user must follow, and die-cut so that the main tube is supported and easy to access by the end customer.
The pack has a base and a lid made of matte laminate and specific areas for the graphic in varnish with embossing.
The graphic design was developed and adapted to extrusion by the customer.

Production Management. For this project, the customer trusted PackCo with the management of the production. We take care of creating the necessary technical sheets with all of the specifications so that the supplier, at the factory, has no doubts about the guidelines to be followed when developing the project. We stay in constant contact with the supplier to resolve any potential doubts and if needed, we will visit the manufacturer. The first trials are carefully examined to make sure that all of the parameters specified are being followed correctly.
