KENTO SHOP – Takeaway Packaging

Kento is a company that prepares a wide variety of balanced Asian dishes every day, with premium quality products and a fair price so that the consumer can enjoy the best Asian gastronomy whenever and wherever they like. For this, they needed packaging for their products that is on the same level as their kitchen and so they came to us with this project.

Structural Design. For Kento, we developed their current sales packaging for the Kento Shop franchise. We designed packaging and trays that allow shipping as well as consumption from the same packaging.
The packaging is watertight to avoid spilling any fluids that might be present. Of course, it had to be a material that can be in contact with food and, finally, it needed a contemporary, modern and fresh presentation. This is how the trays and Sushi Box were born. It has a window to show the different types and amount of product inside.
As always, we prepared prototypes that the customer could verify at the place of sale to check all of the variables.

Production Management. We took care of creating the necessary technical sheets with all of the specifications so that the supplier, at the factory, has no doubts about the guidelines to be followed when developing the project. We stayed in constant contact with the supplier to resolve any potential doubts. The first trials are carefully examined to make sure that all of the parameters specified are being followed correctly.
