TRECECASAS – Premium Case

Trececasas is a luxury real estate agency in Valencia and Torre en Conill with the most exclusive luxury homes and properties in Valencia. The company needed a case in which to present documents or other files to their customers in a striking way. For this, we created very unique premium cases.

Structural Design. The design and finishes for these cases set the standard and show customers the company style and values. This is a place where the aesthetic, quality and innovation are so characteristic that the document presentation cases had to make an impact on the end customer. These linen-lined cases have a composition inside where the real estate agent can carry everything they need to show a property or close the sale on one of them. With spaces for documents, a pen and, most notably, a tablet that is fully integrated into the lid that can easily be accessed for charging. We considered the sound output, support and complete vision of the screen.

Production Management. This artisanal work was done following the guidelines set out by PackCo. The blueprint and a prototype were designed at the studio’s facilities so the customer could confirm the measurements and other aspects.
