FRUBALMED S.L.– Buses The Jungle Team

Frubalmed S.L. is a fruit and vegetable trading company that has created its own line of sale aimed at children.

Structural Design. The project was born from a desire to create very specific packaging. To design fruit packaging aimed at children with a useful life that can be extended as an element to be played with until it is recycled.
This project combines several fundamental points that make it a notable project amongst the competition. It is fun and collectable, with a profound commitment to the environment and great presence on the shelves thanks to the creation of a very striking brand and graphics.
The collection consists of four different types of buses that, when it comes to production, did not imply increased use of material or resources as they were designed with a single die-cut that works for them all. This resulted in collectable packaging that is 100% functional and recyclable.
After the success of this project, other packaging was created for this line including children’s games and cut-outs.

Production Management. For this project, the customer trusted PackCo with the management of the initial production. We take care of creating the necessary technical sheets with all of the specifications so that the supplier, at the factory, has no doubts about the guidelines to be followed when developing the project. We stay in constant contact with the supplier to resolve any potential doubts and if needed, we will visit the manufacturer. The first trials are carefully examined to make sure that all of the parameters specified are being followed correctly. This was done in this case.
The customer, in this way, can repeat the production and be sure that all of the variables are correct.
