LUPPA SOLUTIONS S.L. – Barbie CDU
Project carried out for Luppa Solutions, a publishing company company specialising in collectibles and hobbyist periodicals for a wide range of fictional characters from cartoons, series, and films.
In this instance, we were asked to work on the legendary Barbie doll collection.
Structural Design. The aim was to design a display for individual figure boxes arranged in two rows at two different heights. The primary objective was to optimise the die-cutting process to maximise material usage while ensuring the unit was easy to assemble.
The structural design focuses on the aesthetics, convenience, and durability of this display and sales unit, ensuring it could be prepared for distribution and subsequent display at the point of sale.
The artwork was provided by the client, but PackCo was responsible for adapting it to the final structural design (production-ready final files).
Production Management. We generated the necessary technical specifications, covering both structural and graphic design, to ensure the supplier had clear guidelines for the final manufacturing process.
