SUGAR PAPI S.L. – Christmas Turrón Bars 2025

As is becoming a tradition every winter, the team at Sugar Papi creates their own bars of turrón. As well as offering exotic flavours, they want the user experience to be unique and always aim to make an impact with their packaging.

Structural Design. The structural design focused on choosing a lightweight material that was also capable of holding these substantial turrón bars within their own moulds, while withstanding shipping to ensure the product inside remains protected from direct impacts. The temperature of the product itself and the temperatures it would be exposed to during transport were taken into consideration.
The packaging had to ensure that the turrón bars reached consumers all over Spain in perfect condition via a standard refrigerated courier service.

Graphic design. In this project, the graphics were provided by the client, and PackCo was responsible for adapting them to the final structural design (final artwork for production).

Production Management. We created the necessary technical specifications for the supplier, including all parameters for both die-cutting and printing. We verified the adaptation of the graphic design to the final die-line and sourced the most appropriate supplier for the job.
